Frequently asked questions
How many providers are needed before a city-service page is indexed?
At least 5 complete providers, or 3 providers plus substantial local editorial content.
How are featured providers labeled?
Featured placements are labeled and receive limited ranking uplift with transparency.
How do I request quotes?
Use the quote request wizard with service and location details. We route requests to relevant providers and send confirmation by email.
How do I claim my listing?
Create an account, submit a claim online, and provide evidence. Claim review is asynchronous and tracked in your dashboard.
Do I need a phone call to use the platform?
No. Core support is provided through forms, dashboard workflows, and email updates.
How do featured listings differ from verified listings?
Featured placement is paid visibility. Verification and editorial labels are criteria-based trust states and are not purchased.
What happens after I submit a claim request?
Claim requests are reviewed asynchronously. You can monitor status, upload additional evidence, and receive updates from your account claim pages.
When can an installer start billing or trialing premium?
Billing becomes available after claim approval and provider-account linking. Installers remain on the free listing workflow until that stage.
How do I report a listing issue or inaccurate information?
Use the support form with listing URL, issue details, and supporting context. This routes directly to moderation and operations queues.
How long does claim review usually take?
Review timing depends on evidence quality and queue volume. You can track status in your claim dashboard and receive email updates when status changes.
Can I update claim evidence after submission?
Yes. You can add supporting documents or notes from your account claim detail page while review is in progress.
What does unclaimed vs claimed vs verified mean?
Unclaimed means no owner has linked the listing. Claimed means ownership control was requested and approved. Verified means criteria-based checks were completed; it is not a paid label.
